I had a great experience speaking with the property manager on site. The conversation was smooth, professional, and she is well organized from start to finish. Mellase Pruitt was especially helpful—she provided clear, accurate information and was always responsive and patient when answering my questions. Her knowledge and professionalism made everything much easier and less stressful. I truly appreciate the level of support and communication and would highly recommend this property due to the high level of customer service from the property manager.

Maintenance was able to come the same day as the request was entered. The fixed the cabinet door hinge in about 5 minutes.

Everyone has been so helpful with information- shout out to Lilian and Mellase for assisting my sister-in-law (and me) while she toured the property for me as I live out of state and was fearful of leasing an apartment sight unseen; the leasing application was a breeze; the website is informative and provides photographs of the property that are a true representation as attested by the photographs my family sent me- can’t wait for my son to move in while he attends PCOM. I look forward to actually seeing his apartment and hearing all good things about his new home away from home!

I recently toured Ten 45 Suwanee while considering it as my next home, and I was extremely impressed. From the moment I arrived, Miss Pruitt was professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire experience comfortable and informative. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The landscaping is pristine and thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and upscale atmosphere throughout the community. The pool area is stunning....Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. Ten 45 Suwanee left a lasting impression, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and professionally managed community.

I am so grateful for the team at Ten 45. Both Cara and Libny were a huge help to me navigating leaving a college dorm and into living in an actual apartment. They always had patience to explain and was quick to respond any of my question. Upon moving in I needed a few maintenance request to be done and they were QUICK to come. I truly appreciate and love it here. It’s always so clean and quiet. Highly recommend!
