I recently toured Ten 45 Suwanee while considering it as my next home, and I was extremely impressed. From the moment I arrived, Miss Pruitt was professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire experience comfortable and informative. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The landscaping is pristine and thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and upscale atmosphere throughout the community. The pool area is stunning....Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. Ten 45 Suwanee left a lasting impression, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and professionally managed community.

I am so grateful for the team at Ten 45. Both Cara and Libny were a huge help to me navigating leaving a college dorm and into living in an actual apartment. They always had patience to explain and was quick to respond any of my question. Upon moving in I needed a few maintenance request to be done and they were QUICK to come. I truly appreciate and love it here. It’s always so clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

Thanks to the super-friendly staff, I found an amazing new home. (Big thanks to Cara!) The surprise welcome gift was such a sweet touch — everything was perfect. I already feel like so many good things are waiting for me here.

Love the community here. I lived here for 5 years, only leaving due to needing a bigger home and fenced in yard for my dogs. The staff is friendly, especially Cara, she always took great care of me. The maintenance team is great, kind and quick to respond. Thankful for my time here! Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love the maintenance in Ten45 apartments and their attention to detail. They make sure that you are fully happy and taken care off. Very clean facility, and Cara in the front gets everything done. This has honestly been one of the best living experiences I’ve had. You won’t make the wrong choice.

Ten 45 apartments are an amazing place to live in, the staff are always nice and welcoming, the community is kind and respectful, and most of all is a very well maintained and rest place to live in!!!

I’ve had such a great experience living at Ten45! The community is always clean, beautifully maintained, and feels very safe and welcoming. Erika and Cara are incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any concerns or maintenance requests, which I really appreciate. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything looking nice and running smoothly, from the landscaping to the shared spaces. It honestly feels more like a home than just an apartment. I’m so happy to be living here!
