Yes, Ten45 Suwanee is a pet-friendly community and welcomes cats, dogs, and small caged pets. A maximum of two pets is allowed per apartment home.

There is a $500 one-time, non-refundable pet fee for the first pet, with an additional $250 fee for a second pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. 

While we welcome pets, certain restrictions apply to exotic animals and select dog breeds. We partner with PetScreening.com to make the approval process simple and convenient. Please contact the leasing office for more details.

Yes, Ten45 Suwanee offers controlled-access entry to all residential buildings. Residents can access the buildings using a key fob or by using the callbox system. Guests can enter by dialing the resident’s access code at the building entrance. 

Yes, parking is available for both residents and guests at Ten45 Suwanee. Parking is open and available on a first-come, first-served basis, and there are no additional parking fees for residents or guests. The community does not currently offer garages or covered parking options. 

Yes, Ten45 provides on-site maintenance and 24-hour emergency maintenance services.

Yes, Ten45 Suwanee offers valet trash service for residents. Trash pickup is provided Sunday through Thursday evenings, and residents use the community compactor on Fridays and Saturdays. Valet trash service is billed at $30 per month.
